Are you looking to:
- Improve your quality of life?
- Reduce your pain and your possible dependency on pain medication?
- Enhance your training for that goal you have just set yourself:
5k, ½ marathon, marathon, triathlon, your first fight, getting that GB vest?
- Play in the garden with your children or grandchildren?
- Go on that fantastic walking/climbing/dancing/activity holiday you've always wanted to treat yourself to?
At our sports injury & sports massage clinics in Shropshire, Worcestershire and Birmingham we can help you achieve all of your goals by providing cutting edge performance soft tissue therapy & sports massage combined with any necessary injury rehabilitation exercises to enable you to return to full activity.
Following injury, whether on the pitch, track or slipping in your back garden, the body goes through changes. Inflammation and tissue damage is followed by adaptations by the body to both protect and limit further damage. These adaptations can cause pain. With careful and educated selection of techniques (please check 'our treatments'), we can help counteract these adaptations, reduce your pain and increase your range of movement and therefore help you return to your loved activities.
If your injury is beyond our scope of practice, we will refer you to someone who can help you. We have excellent and trusted contacts.
Are you looking for high quality CPD that you can use immediately to help your patients/clients/athletes?
We provide education to qualified soft tissue therapists and physiotherapists through workshops and master-classes. These are delivered around the country and can be provided in-house as we have done for Liverpool Football Club, British Athletics, British Gymnastics to name but a few.
